GSE will consult with you to gain a complete understanding of the skill sets and attributes you are looking for in an ideal candidate. GSE will use this information to set clear objectives and to accomplish your objectives with each new hire.
GSE will begin its search process by carefully reviewing our extensive global database of sports and entertainment professionals who have already been pre-screened by GSE. In addition to using our database, we will tap into our strong relationships in the sports and entertainment industry to help you secure the best possible person for each position. We also will conduct thorough background checks on all candidates.
Once we have completed the initial search and background check phase, we will streamline the interview process for you by narrowing down the candidates. Working along with you, we will select our top 3-5 candidates to participate in phone interviews with you.
Following the phone interview phase, GSE will assist you in evaluating the candidates in accordance with the position criteria. GSE will then coordinate face-to-face interviews with the candidates of your choice.
GSE stands behind its candidates like no other search firm in the business. In the event a GSE candidate placed for permanent employment leaves your firm within 6 months of the start date, GSE agrees to replace the departed candidate at our expense.
