US ENERGIA™
In 2006, we took an important step in fulfilling our long-term vision of
expanding into non-sports businesses that will allow General Sports to truly
maximize all of the relationships we have built through the power of sports
and entertainment. Through our GSE Capital & Management Division, we
launched our first non-sports venture in November called US Energia.
US Energia provides technical, engineering and project management services to the telecommunications, medical, education, government, oil and gas, and automotive industries through its two business divisions - Energy Products & Services and Tech-Line Automation. US Energia is led by CEO Jeff Moss, and is headquartered in Michigan with offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland and Dallas.
Energy Products & Services - When Power is a Must
The Energy Products & Services™ division
provides mission critical power services that include installation,
preventative maintenance and emergency services for all aspects of DC and
back-up power, including batteries, generators, uninterruptible power
systems, power plants and automatic transfer switches.
Tech-Line Automation - Engineering, Integrating & Maintaining Automation Intelligence
The Tech-Line
Automation™ division focuses on designing controls hardware
and software, while also providing comprehensive engineering consulting
and project management services to the end-users of tooling and
equipment systems. We believe that by combining US Energia's core competencies with the
relationships and marketing expertise of General Sports, US Energia has
the potential to become a technical services powerhouse in North
America.
